We meet once every two weeks to discuss the status and the direction of the project. In the meetings, we update each other and bring forward proposals to discuss to reach general consensus.
Meetings are generally held in Arbor Lakes, Building 3, Room 2525 from 3:00 to 4:30. On the dates listed on the following page, the meeting will be held in Arbor Lakes, Building 3, Room 1330.
Meeting Location Exception DatesThis effort has a mailing list to aid in communication between meetings. Inquiries on interest in package builds, releases of new package builds, and various reminders are announced through the list.
